The new Tiger Forest exhibit at the Indianapolis Zoo is a big improvement over the old tiger area. With a large glassed in viewing area that lets you get right up close to the tigers as they are feeding, the exhibit is very popular!
The best time to show up for photos is a few minutes before feeding time (earliest is 10am I believe), but be sure you are early, and claim a good vantage point right away – the crowds tend to sneak up on you and before you know it, you are three of four heads deep from the glass.
